I help founders and teams with complex enterprise deals - the kind where more than one person has to say yes, a technical buyer has to sign off, and a business owner has to feel the outcome. If you’re building go-to-market from scratch, stuck on a deal that won’t move, or trying to turn selling from a personality trait into a system you can actually run, that’s the work I do.
Who I am
Section titled “Who I am”I’m Davis - a New Zealand-born Samoan based in Melbourne, with over a decade in enterprise tech sales. I’ve spent that time running complex, multi-stakeholder deals across financial services, government, and resources - the kind that take six to eighteen months and only close when two different owners both say yes.
Some of the proof. I was the #1 APAC top performer at Eptura in 2024, and an early go-to-market builder at OutSystems, helping drive market presence and contribute to the unicorn growth phase. I now work in records and process software for government and regulated buyers. The frameworks I teach - the value map, MEDDPIC, mutual action plans - aren’t theory I read. They’re how I’ve worked, on real deals, for real numbers.
How we work together
Section titled “How we work together”The need is different every time, so I keep the shape flexible. Usually it’s one of:
- A working session to pressure-test a live deal or your GTM - map your value chain, name your process, find the gap that’s stalling you.
- A build engagement, where we stand up a whole sales system for your business: your value map, your qualification, your sales cycle, your first champion.
- Ongoing advisory as you hire and scale the function, so the people you bring on run it the way you designed it.
Most of what I know is written up across this site, for free - the full system, start to finish. If working through it yourself gets you where you need to be, brilliant. When you’d rather have someone who’s run these cycles in the room with you, that’s when it’s worth a call.
